The Argentine Pampa is one of the richest agricultural areas of the world. It is an extensive region of flat and fertile grassland with vast and open pastures. The quality of our countryside in combination with the ideal climate provides the optimal conditions for the breeding and fattening of free range cattle the whole year round. This allowed Argentina to use British breeds and their crosses, who are known worldwide for their high quality.

The animals have the freedom to graze in the grassland. They grow in a natural way, without the use of hormones. In general, they are fed with grass instead of grain. All of this results in a high quality beef that is lower in fat and cholesterol content.
